Flawless Laboratoire is located on the heights of the Gulf of Paradise, dominating a historic estate surrounded by the greenery of Liguria. This ancient rustic building from the 19th century, passed down through five generations of farmers, is now the beating heart of our passion. The estate has been lovingly tended, from the great-great-grandfather Francesco to his daughter Maria, then Adriana, my mother Giovanna, and now me—perhaps one day, to my son Enea. It is a story of resilient women who, with dedication, have preserved a centuries-old olive grove, millennia-old chestnut woods, and diverse orchards. Our estate, known as “Ca du Lagiù,” represents a model of sustainability, where once bartering was the way of life, and today, a simple trade continues in harmony with the environment.
